On January 20, the students of the ISKRa circle, together with the head Levina K.S., focused on improving environmental culture by attending master classes at the Neco ECO-center. Eco-coach Nauryzbek Birmagambetov provided students with a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of conscious consumption, waste sorting, recycling and the development of deep respect for nature. In addition, the students participated in a master class on cooking healthy fruit chips from fresh products, acquired knowledge about how to preserve fruits using a dehydrator. They also studied the art of recycling, turning old things into new ones. The most active students were awarded eco-bags as an incentive to participate in environmentally significant initiatives.
The Neco ECO-center reflects the principles by which Kazakhstan strives to develop environmental literacy and sustainable development among young people. By providing children with the opportunity to learn, participate and make a positive contribution, the center aims to create a more environmentally harmonious and sustainable future for all of us.
